Why Jose Chameleone Resolutely Declined to Acknowledge Bobi Wine’s Presence at King Saha’s Concert.

On the 8th of December 2023, King Saha hosted his highly anticipated concert, “Ebiseera Ebyo,” at Hotel Africana in Kampala.

The concert, which was completely sold out, had several memorable moments, one of which was the presence of Bobi Wine.

While many musicians acknowledged and praised Bobi Wine’s attendance during their performances, Jose Chameleone steadfastly refused to do so.

According to reports, Chameleone’s refusal stems from Bobi Wine’s failure to provide him with a NUP ticket to run for the mayoral position in the 2021 general elections.

It is believed that Jose Chameleone still harbours resentment, which is why he chose not to acknowledge Bobi Wine’s presence until the very end of his performance and promptly left the venue.

The incident sparked a flurry of discussions among fans and industry insiders, with some praising Chameleone for standing his ground, while others criticized him for letting personal grievances overshadow the spirit of unity and celebration that the concert aimed to promote.
