John Blaq shares how industry players use handshakes, and belongings to bewitch others

Musician John Kasadha commonly known by his stage name John Blaq left everyone stunned after opening up about his encounter with witchcraft in the music industry and how he handles such challenges.

In an interview, the ‘Namala’ hitmaker confirmed the hidden and dark side of the industry with some musicians resorting to the use of witchcraft to deliberately destroy others’ careers and lives.

He says they use tricks such as handshakes, and taking other people’s tangible property which he insinuates that they use as a point of contact in shrines to take away their blessings and kill off their careers for their advantage.

Whatever they do, I know I have my God who has preserved me since I was born to where I am. I only fear God because he fights my battles. There are people fighting against me in my family, in the music industry; as a human, I do not have the intelligence to know who wants to put me down and the only way you can understand all this is by being close to God and running to him in every problem.

People try so hard to come against me and I just laugh at them because I know someone is fighting for me,” John Blaq said.

John Blaq, however, remains deeply rooted in his faith and keeps trusting God for protection against the unknown. He confirmed having encountered challenges as a result of witchcraft from both fellow artists and his people back home but continues to find solace in God.

According to John Blaq, the spiritual attacks manifest themselves in the form of strange and weird nightmares and the only way he continues to overcome them is to seek refuge in prayer and reciting the book of Psalms in the Bible.

Our industry is full of people who believe that if they do not practice witchcraft, they won’t make it. They do everything to frustrate their fellow artists through charms but I do not care about them. Even when they try to send things to attack me, I have my God. I have encountered witchcraft many times like nightmares and weird dreams and when they come, I quickly pull out my Bible and start reciting the book of Psalms. Everyone who feels they want to send me their witchcraft, they should bring it on and see, John Blaq noted.
