Bebe Cool has publicly blasted producer and musician Daddy Andre for calling Eddy Kenzo illiterate and disrespecting his position as a presidential advisor on creatives.
Daddy Andre appeared on several entertainment interviews throughout the weekend attacking Eddy Kenzo claiming he is too illiterate and unknowledgeable to advise anyone on matters concerning the sector of creatives.
He claimed Eddy Kenzo did not have the ability to discuss matters concerning music and all he did was sit in his office and milk money from the government.
Bebe Cool during a live session on TikTok issued a stern warning to Daddy Andre against disrespecting the Big Talent boss because of how much he has achieved in the position.
While admitting to being one of the people who had previously underestimated Eddy Kenzo’s sense of reasoning, Bebe Cool has confessed that he has seen how far he has gone to see that creatives get help from the government.
Over time, a section of artists who do not subscribe to creative associations have crucified those who do, claiming that they formed these groups to beg for money from the government for their selfish interests instead of fighting for the copyright law.
Bebe Cool rubbished the claims, stating that as an industry, they needed funding from the government just like the rest of the sectors and people should stop criminalizing their desire to meet the president for that.
You just want to spread negativity and make other people look bad. Who told you that Kenzo is just asking for money? There is nothing artists can do without seeking the support of the government. Other sectors are financed by the government, why don’t you want the music sector to get the same? If you do not know how to reason, don’t sit on those interviews.
“Stop criminalizing artists working with the president just because you do not have an opportunity. You have failed to reason well before the audience on television just because you are looking for attention from the opposition,” Bebe Cool said.
Bebe Cool believes Daddy Andre is speaking out of jealousy because he was not the one selected to take up the role.

I want to tell Daddy Andre that being appointed as special presidential advisor doesn’t come through speaking recklessly on TV shows. If the president saw you as the better person, he would have made you the advisor, he said.
