GNL Zamba threatens legal action against local awards nominating him without his concsent

Renowned rapper, GNL Zamba has issued a stern warning to all organizers of local entertainment awards never to nominate him again because of their exploitative nature.

During one of his discussions on his podcasts, the Baboon Forest Entertainment rapper expressed his anger and disgust towards all the awards that were started after the demise of the celebrated PAM Awards.

He believes that every last one of them just uses artists’ names and brands to promote their businesses instead of appreciating the talents.

All the rubbish that comes after that (PAM Awards) should know that I do not care. Don’t F*ck with my name nor my brand; do not nominate me if I don’t submit anything to your categories, just do not put me there, GNL Zamba said.

GNL Zamba has been nominated in the ‘Most Inspirational Song’ category in awards that he didn’t disclose but has publicly warned awards organizers to erase his name from the list or risk being sued.

Do not use my brand to promote your sh**t. Don’t play with my brand because I did not tell you to nominate me. I’m still pushing my song on my own, with my own effort, I have put my money into it and I do not want it associated with your BS, he said.

GNL Zamba, however, welcomes nominations from movie and fashion awards like Abryan’s ASFAs because he believes they put in extra work to see that they reward talent.

But the rest of these awards that give people cups in the name of accolades should f**ck off. Why would you put me there? Whenever there is exploitation, I cannot play in those waters. I have walked away from many boardrooms and places as soon as I smell exploitation,” he said.
