Socialite Alicia Bosschic has threatened to storm Airtel Headquarters nacked if the telecom company fails to refund her money following a delayed transaction.
Over the weekend, Alicia used her Aitel mobile money account to send UGX 500K to an MTN user.
Despite billing her UGX 7K, the transaction never went through yet the amount was deducted from her account.
After her requests for the telecom company’s customer support to correct the issue took an eternity, she took to social media to vent her grievances.

Alicia wrote all over her socials
When Airtel crossed paths with Alicia’s tweet, they were quick to point out that there is a broad technical glitch creating delays in processing the transactions and promised to address the situation.

Alicia, however, maintained that if the telecom company fails to refund her money today, she is ready to strip off and walk to their headquarters in demand of her money refund.
