Musician Alien Skin has responded to fellow artist Fyno following his recent claims that he put him on the map and helped him gain recognition.
In a series of interviews, Fyno has claimed that he played a crucial role in Alien Skin’s breakthrough in the music industry and was the brains behind his very first hit song. Before he gained fame, Fyno also alleged that he had helped Alien financially, and he was part of the group with which he moved.
Fyno, however, stated that when Alien Skin gained popularity, he forgot about him to the extent that he never came to visit him in the hospital the day he was attacked by goons.
In his defense, Alien Skin, during an exclusive interview on Sanyuka TV, revealed how disappointed he was in Fyno’s statements. He indicated that he didn’t have to utter all that in the news if indeed he helped him out from a good place.
Alien Skin revealed that he has worked extremely hard on his brand to ensure the success he has achieved, and it would be of no use for someone to water down his efforts.
“There are statements that successful people do not make. Music is the freest business where everyone has to work hard, make themselves, and try hard to front their brand.
When a person makes such an interview with words which even my mother has never uttered, yet she gave birth and raised me, it tells a lot about certain people. Such people cannot handle leadership.

Take, for example, the government; they have never published a list of all the people they have helped in the papers. Even when I disagree with someone, I can never bring myself to make such statements about them. Successful people do not complain. Unless he is not successful,” he said.
Fyno, on the other hand, revealed that he would not back down or apologize for what he said, because it was the truth.
