One of the long-standing comedians and founder of Amarula Family, Amooti Omubalanguzi born Allan Mujuni is gearing up to celebrate a huge milestone of 25 years in the Ugandan comedy industry.
Since the initiation of his comedy career, Amooti Omubalanguzi has nurtured talents and contributed tremendously to the evolution of comedy in Uganda.
His contribution didn’t go unnoticed, and is one of the most celebrated comedians Uganda has ever had.
Over the years, his fans and comedy lovers alike have been consistently urging him to jump on the trend of holding shows, in honor of his contribution and successful career.
Much to the excitement of his fans, Amooti is looking forward to commemorating his great achievements, with a spectacular show at UMA Show Grounds in Lugogo, promising an unforgettable night of laughter and entertainment.
In a Facebook post, Amooti shared the show poster with excitement, declaring, “Finally, we are here to celebrate comedy!”.
Dubbed ’25 years of Amooti’ the highly anticipated event is slated for 13th December with gates opening at 6 PM. Although ticket details remain under wraps, one thing is certain, the celebration will be a night to remember.
Several musicians including Daxx Vibes, and Gen. Mega Dee have already expressed their support ahead of Amooti’s show, and the numbers are expected to go high as time transcends.
