Apostle Grace Lubega, founder of Phaneroo Ministries International, revealed his plans to construct a $55 million (approximately UGX 210 billion) church building.
While addressing his congregation, the Apostle boldly declared that he would build a 55 million US dollar building without borrowing or soliciting donations.
He emphasized that the driving force behind this project is not wealth but unwavering faith. He mentioned knowing people with money but not having the faith to give.
“I know there’s a young man in the ministry who is ready to give a million dollars toward that. He doesn’t have a job, but he has the heart. That’s the one I’m looking for.”

His remarks have since sparked a wave of reactions on social media, with some praising his vision, while others expressing disbelief.
