Socialite Bad Black has demanded disclosure of her daughter Princess Davina’s DNA test results from ex-partner Kim Swagger failure would lead to court action.
Last week renowned fashionista Kim Swagga revealed he wasn’t the biological father of Bad Black’s daughter Davina.
According to Kim, he carried out a DNA test without Bad Black’s knowledge and was waiting for Davina to clock 18 years before disclosing the secret.
Kim claimed that his decision to disclose the matter before the initially allocated time was influenced by Black constantly attacking him on social media and accusing him of being a deadbeat father. Following the disclosure, Kim Swagga pledged to engage in another DNA test, to confirm the results.
Subsequently, Bad Black had no kind words for Kim and vowed not to engage in plans to settle the matter that were facilitated by the latter’s father Pastor Mondo Mugisha.
Taking to her social media platforms earlier today, Bad Black through her legal team the Musangala Advocates and Solicitors demanded that Kim Swagga avail Davina’s alleged DNA test results within 48 hours from receipt of the letter.
- Avail himself for a joint DNA test to be conducted at an independent and mutually agreed medical facility.
- To cease making public statements and delete all publications and social media posts concerning the minor upon receipt of this notice.
According to the legal documents, Kim’s social media actions grossly violated Davina’s constitutional and statutory rights, particularly under Articles 27 and 34(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, 1995, Sections 3 and 4(g) the Children Act, Cap. 62, and Sections 8, 9(1), and 10 of the Data Protection and Privacy Act, Cap 97.

Kim Swagga’s failure to adhere to the aforementioned demands within the stipulated timelines, the legal team shall without further notice, institute both criminal and civil proceedings against him for breach of the child’s privacy, defamation, child neglect, and psychological distress caused, at his own peril, and embarassment costs.
