Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs Balaam Barugahara has finally met with singer Henry Mwanje regarding teenage TikToker Pius Tukamwesigwa alias Queen Bianca who had formerly adopted a female persona, raising speculation about his sexuality.
Weeks back, Balaam Barugahara had ordered the arrest of the pair, forcing Pius to flee to his village in Western Uganda. Upon his return, the pair was taken to the minister’s office who suggested that he should be kept in a juvenile home to have him rethink his life choices and get back to acting in the right gender he was assigned to at birth.
I have summoned you because as the government we are going to do what your parents have failed to do. I will keep you there even if it is for a week, as long as you make up your mind and promise never to act like a girl, I will bring you out, Balaam Barugahara said.
In his defense, Pius revealed when he returned to the village, he completely dropped his feminine ways and went back to being a normal teenage boy but the internet kept bringing back the videos of his old ways, something that he disliked.
Pius pleaded with the minister to give him a second chance, promising that he had changed and going forward is willing to embrace masculinity and dress like a real boy.
In exchange for his freedom, Balaam Barugahara tasked the teenager who had previously stopped in primary two to go back to school, promising to pay for his school fees in primary three at Makindye Primary School. He would commute from Henry Mwanje’s home who was assigned as his caretaker.
The pair was then sent to CPS to make a statement, promising never to repeat the same mistakes again.

According to Henry Mwanje, he picked up Pius from the streets of Makindye when he was already acting like a girl and when he brought him under his custody, he decided to nurture him in the same way he found him because he feared he would run away if he forced him to change.
