Renowned events promoter hajjat Mariam Mutakubwa commonly known as Biggie Events is rethinking her career after publicly being embarrassed by veteran Kadongo Kamu singer Lord Fred Sebata, who alleged that he had not yet received the full payment despite a sold-out concert at Kampala Serena hotel.
Biggie Events in a phone interview, expressed her huge disappointment and frustration questioning why the musician chose to run to the media instead of addressing the matter privately
Biggie stated that the public confrontation in the media damaged her reputation something that could easily tarnish her image and as a result of the embarrassment, she was considering putting an end to this kind of business.
Even with this, however, reports indicate that Biggie Events is not entirely ruling out organizing concerts as she will now shift her full focus on exclusively organizing Muslim events, a market she feels more passionate about.

“Enough is enough. How can someone who has never sat down with me rush to the media? How would this really help him? Sebatta should look for the events’ promoter who handled his show, not journalists,” she said.
