Singer Biswanka Derick has been criticized by his family for allegedly neglecting them despite his purported financial success and fame.
In a video accessed by Exclusive Bizz, Biswanka’s alleged brother and mother could be seen venting their frustration over neglect.
In the video, the brother claims that before Biswanka departed from the village, he promised to financially facilitate them to elevate their livelihood.
However, upon acquiring money and stardom in Kampala, the singer abandoned his family and they are finding it hard to sustain their livelihood.
The brother went on to assert that the mother is currently sick, and depends on him despite lack of a sustainable revenue stream.
While responding to the allegations, Biswanka confirmed that the person in the video is his elder brother, noting that he resorted to daily drinking with no interest in working.
Biswanka stressed that despite having fame and several hit songs under his belt, he is financially unstable, hence unable to take care of his relatives.

The singer who couldn’t control tears from rolling his cheeks criticized the brother’s action of exposing their family’s dirty linen, before urging him to seek employment opportunities instead of ranting on social media.
