Former presidential aspirant and singer Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine on Easter Sunday officially joined TikTok.
Bobi has joined the growing number of big figures in the entertainment industry who have made good use of the platform.
He revealed the long-anticipated news that he has joined the platform through a short video clip where he urged his fans and friends to add him up on the video-focused social network.

The video was since shared by his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi, elder son Solomon Kampala and his fans on their respective social media platforms.
By Easter Sunday evening, Bobi Wine had bagged almost 50k followers on the Chinese-owned platform, and by Easter Monday he had garnered 84k followers and 156 likes and still counting.
Best known for edutainment, the self-styled ghetto President kickstarted his activity on TikTok with the “know your roots challenge”, which teaches one about his/her ancestral origins.
The challenge requires one to narrate his/her ancestral origins, and failure you’re showered with a bucket of water.
