Just a few days after graduating with a Bachelors Of Law Degree, singer turned politician, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu known by his stage name, Bobi Wine has announced that he is taking his education to the next level after he enrolled in a master’s program.
The revelation was made on social media after one user announced that the Firebase boss would be referred to as a ‘Counsel,’ before hinting that he had pursued a Master’s Degree.
Bobi Wine replied to the post confirming that he had enrolled in the program a few months ago.
Bobi in August 2016 started his studies at the International University of East Africa before transferring to Cavendish University.
His transfer was motivated by the National Unity Platform (NUP) Secretary General David Lewis Rubongoya citing IUEA University’s lack of accreditation to teach law.
Eight years later, Bobi Wine successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from Cavendish University complementing his diploma in Music, Dance, and Drama.

Bobi Wine’s graduation didn’t come on a silver plate, as he encountered numerous challenges, as he missed a few lectures in one of the course units, he wasn’t allowed to graduate but instead subjected to another semester of re-attendance for that course unit. He took the new challenge with grace and ended up waiting for another full year to graduate.
