Musician Chozen Blood has expressed his frustration towards people who claim that he has survived this long in the music industry by relying on money from older women.
Ever since his breakthrough, Chozen Blood has been accused of getting involved with women older than him, with claims that they finance his lifestyle. In 2023, he gifted himself a brand-new ML Mercedes-Benz for his birthday, and social media users concluded that a sugar mummy had bought it for him.
The distraught Chozen Blood cleared the air, stating that he had bought the car with his own money, which he had earned from music. He also revealed that he has his side businesses, which provide him with extra income to support himself.
“I’m an artist and my music is doing well. I’m just not the person who speaks a lot. I have to clear this up because I was getting tired of hearing the rumour. Done music for a long time and I have other businesses going on outside the music. I do not show off my achievements on camera because I’m not that type of person,” he defended himself.
Chozen Blood further dismissed the allegations, suggesting that he was forming intimate relationships with different older women to obtain money from them.
“I’m a very responsible man who has people looking up to me. I’m a musician and people who think otherwise are selfish. The women are my fans and I love them,” he said.
Chosen Blood has been doing music for over a decade and says it has supported him. He released his first hit song ‘Pressure Love’ during his form six, and he was able to use the proceeds to pay his tuition throughout university.

Even when he rarely performs in familiar places, Chozen Blood says he gets booked for weddings, bars, and shows, but his gigs are usually in corporate circles.
He blamed the media for spreading false information about him, claiming they had tarnished his reputation.
