Comedy Store Bows To public Pressure, Disassociates Itself From Weasel Following The Battering Of His Wife

Comedy Store has bowed to public pressure and disassociated itself from singer Weasel following his most recent unethical conduct of battering his wife Sandra Teta.

A few days back, Comedy store through their social media handles revealed the lineup that was to thrill revellers on Wednesday 10 August 2022.

The lineup comprised singer Weasel of dynamic duo Radio and Weasel who for the last few weeks dominated cyberspace following allegations of beating his wife.

However, critics vowed to boycott the Comedy store show if Weasel who portrayed a disrespectful gesture of beating Sandra Teta blue black takes part in the event.

Critics further revealed that by Alex Muhangi hiring Weasel’s services, he supports the latter’s immoral behaviours.

These went on to note that this is a time when Weasel needs censoring to send a strong message that when one violates the human rights of others, his services or products will be boycotted.

These maintained that if Muhangi insists to hire Weasel, the show sponsors like NTV Uganda, Silver Springs, Silk Events and others should disassociate themselves from Comedy Store, for promoting violence.

To avoid consequences that may come with detaching big brands from Comedy Store, Muhangi and his team were so quick to react by scrapping Weasel off their performance lineup.

Critics demand a public apology from Weasel, or else they have vowed to boycott all services or brands attached to him.
