The court has granted Bebe Cool and his legal team the go-ahead to examine the Comedy Store YouTube channel owned by renowned comedian Alex Muhangi.
According to court documents, Alex Muhangi’s YouTube channel and NTV distributed or made Bebe Cool’s musical videos available to the public without authorization.
The comedian further indirectly distributed videos of Bebe’s performances to the public, which led to the Gagamel International boss taking legal action following his bitter fallout with Alex Muhangi.
After a court session on Thursday, Bebe permitted the audit on how much money was earned from the specific videos that were broadcasted.
