One of Uganda’s top vocalists, David Lutalo is gearing up for his upcoming concert that will mark 15 years of giving music fans hit songs back-to-back.
David Lutalo, on many occasions, while speaking about his debut in the music industry, confessed that he started at a tender age, penning down his first ever song ‘Batusosola’ and later ‘Kapapala’.
Unfortunately, he did not have enough money for the studio until 2008, when he finally hit the studio, releasing ‘Kapapala’, a song that introduced him to the music scene, garnering support from different fans in different age groups.
Since then, he has gone ahead to release several hit songs and staged concerts that have registered remarkable success.
Just like every other year, David Lutalo had initially organized this year’s concert on the 27th of January, 2024 but was unfortunately postponed owing to the international delegates from the NAM and G77 + China Third South Summit that were utilizing the venue at that time where the concert was to happen.
In the official press statement released, the concert was pushed to 8th November, and David Lutalo has since shared posters on his social media pages, rallying his fans to come through in large numbers in celebration of his huge milestone.

The concert will be a VIP affair, set to happen at the Kampala Serena Hotel, with admittance Ugx. 150K for general and a table going for Ugx. 3 million.
