Today, 6 May 2025, Ugandan celebrated DJ Bush Baby, real name Michael Benjamin Owor, was found dead.
According to reports, DJ Bush Baby experienced health challenges a few days ago, which he has been grappling with.
Unfortunately, he was found lifeless in his studio located in Entebbe, where he had just moved. At present, Bush Baby friends and family are still waiting for the Police to transport the body to the nearby mortuary for a postmortem.
Bush was a trailblazer among urban DJs in Uganda. He is widely credited with introducing and popularizing hip-hop, R&B, and urban contemporary music to mainstream Ugandan audiences.
