Musician Eddy Kenzo has vowed to keep his son, with his wife, Phiona Nyamutoro, out of the public eye to avoid media criticism.
The news about Eddy Kenzo siring a son with the minister was brought to light by the singer himself during last year’s Eid celebrations at the Comedy Store.
Out of excitement, Kenzo officially launched Phiona Nyamutoro as his ‘personal person’ and revealed they had a son together.
Since the public declaration, little has been known about this child, not even the most basic details, such as his name, as he is never featured in the media or news, nor are they pictured together.
In a YouTube interview, Kenzo remained tight-lipped as they quizzed him on details about his first son. He noted that the information was no longer available for public consumption.
This is because he knows the media is infringing on people’s private lives, and they would make the boy’s life hard as they follow his two daughters around.
“I know better. I paused because it was becoming too much. Why do you want to know about him?” Eddy Kenzo questioned.

A section of social media users in the comment section, however, believe Eddy Kenzo is not the father of Nyamutoo’s son.
