Masaka-based businessman Emmanuel Lwasa has made headlines after he broke into his estranged wife’s house to reclaim his property.
In a viral social media clip, Lwasa is seen banging on the gate of his house, believed to be that of his ex-wife. He was surrounded by a group of men who swiftly jumped over the fence and opened the gate forcefully after they were denied access.
While speaking to journalists, Lwasa revealed that he wanted to build his flat in the same compound, but his estranged wife had refused to give him access to the property.
Out of anger, Lwasa cleared the garden and the unfinished house in the same compound where he claims he will soon be building his flat.

“I want to put up a nice apartment and revamp the place. It looked cheap. I had come many times, but she refused to open for me,” he said.
Emmanuel Lwasa revealed that he had invested a significant amount of money in constructing the house for the woman whom he says no longer loves him.
