Rapper Fik Fameica has addressed the recent incident that happened when he visited the NBS After5 show and MC Kats walked away midway through the interview.
Fik Fameica was recently featured at the After5 show, alongside DJ Roja, DVJ Mercy, Viana Indi, Douglas Lwanga, and MC Kats, to discuss the state of the music industry.
In this particular interview, they were addressing the issue of not getting recognized and appreciated by the people they have helped in the industry.
MC Kats, who has always bragged about coming through for different creatives, felt overwhelmed by emotions and left the set immediately to go and cry.
Fik Fameica, while speaking to Tawfiq Media, denied the allegations of starting up the conversation that led to the veteran MC’s breakdown. He revealed that he was also shocked by his reaction and defined Kats as an overly emotional person.

“Maybe the conversations were sad for him. His reaction was so funny to me because we were chatting and laughing together, and the next minute, he was walking away to cry. Maybe it was about his woman,” he said amidst laughter.
When asked if they reached out to check on him after the show, Fik Fameica revealed that he might have been overwhelmed because when he walked away, he left the studio without a word, and they couldn’t get to him.
Many have assumed that Kats is not okay, going by his numerous outbursts, but Fik Fameica believes he is doing better than he was a couple of years back when he came out to declare his HIV status.

“I think Kats is okay. There was a time when we were in London, and he was so disturbed. But now he is okay and even healthy,” Fic Fameica said.
