Frank Gashumba Makes Peace With Buganda Kingdom’s Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga

Renowned social activist, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur Frank Gashumba has apologized to the Buganda Kingdom and Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga.

For a considerable period of time, Frank Gashumba has not been seeing eye to eye with the Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga.

Their misunderstanding was marked by exchanging unpleasantries, with Frank Gashumba hailing the Katikiro with all sorts of scathing remarks.

Severally, Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga cryptically responded to Frank Gashumba’s remarks, widening the rift.

This morning, however, Frank Gashumba stormed Buganda’s Bulange in Mengo in an effort to make peace with the Katikiro, and the Kingdom.

During his meeting with the Katikiro and other officials, Gashumba revealed that his apology was influenced by some notable figures in the country including the late Ciprian Kizito Lwanga and Jude Mbabaali formerly Masaka governor.

Gashumba urged the Katikiro to find a soft spot in his heart and forgive him before expressing his regret for using uncouth speech while criticizing him and thanking him for protecting the King.

In response, the Katikiro expressed gratitude that Gashumba has acknowledged his mistakes and apologized, urging the rest to take it as a lesson.
