Songwriter and musician 14K Bwongo has backhit Fresh Kid’s camp, exposing them for disrespect and lack of appreciation.
Fresh Kid, who is currently in South Africa with his father, Fresh Daddy, met up with DJ Arch, with whom the youngster secured a collaboration.
This was made possible mainly because of his hit single ‘Bambi’ written by 14K Bwongo where he wished to be like the famous South African youngest DJ.
During an interview with Spark TV, 14K Bwongo revealed that Fresh Kid, initially, never admired DJ Arch like it was portrayed in the song. He, however, put himself in Fresh Kid’s shoes, and as a writer, he came up with lyrics that related to the situation the youngster was going through at that time, therefore, he deserves all the credit.
“Truthfully, he has never admired DJ Arch. But as his writer, I wrote ‘Bambi’ thinking about kids doing the same things as him, like DJ Arch and Emmanuella. Meaning I wrote him his dream, and luckily, it came to pass.
He claimed he stepped back because of disrespect from Fresh Kid’s management and is no longer in charge of his social media pages.
Contrary to what most think, that he wants to enjoy Fresh Kid’s newfound fame, 14K Bwongo emphasizes that he only wants to be credited for his huge contribution in his career.
“I think the very first thought that would have come to them when they told them they would be meeting DJ Arch, they would at least credit me,” 14K Bwongo said.

14K Bwongo and Manager Francis, without a doubt, nurtured Fresh Kid’s talent since its inception. They, however, split up, and Fresh Kid got under new management. They realized they needed 14K Bwongo’s songwriting skills and invited him to be part of them again.
“I took care of him and nurtured his talent and how can such a kid get to the stage of reaping big from his talent and they do not say a simple thank you to me! The child is minor and doesn’t even know what is going on. His father is the one thinking of him. I have worked with him and I know who to blame and it is him,” 14K Bwongo revealed.
