Geosteady’s ex-manager urges prayers for his recovery amid drug addiction allegations

Talent manager Dennie has called on the public to pray for his former artist, Geosteady Blackman, amidst trending allegations of drug addiction and rehabilitation needs. Social media has been abuzz with reports of the singer’s supposed decline due to excessive drug use, affecting his music career, family, and mental well-being.

Geosteady’s ex-wife and socialite expressed concern, urging him to work on himself and fight for his talent. In response, Geosteady denied the allegations via TikTok live, attributing his struggles to stress, depression, and betrayal by trusted friends including Dennis, who he claimed was drugged before stealing from him.

Without confirming nor denying the claims about his former artist’s drug use, Dennis in an interview just asked the public to pray for him to overcome the battles he was facing and go back to the artist he used to be.

If he said he is not a drug addict, maybe he is not. Truth is, he doesn’t use cocaine but just needs prayers. People should pray for him so that he sorts out his life the way it is supposed to be, maybe he will be a better person, he said.

Geosteady during his live session claimed that this particular Dennis was responsible for spreading the misinformation and calling his relatives to tell them about how he needed rehabilitation because he had lost his mental well-being due to drug abuse.

Dennis denied the allegations slapped against him, claiming he had taken a long time without interacting with Geosteady and was unaware of his current situation.

It’s been long since I last saw him. Over six months without seeing him so I do not know what is happening in his life anymore. I’m a very busy person.

I will not say something that I do not know about someone because all the time I was there, I did not see any of the things he was saying,” Dennis revealed.

Geosteady and Dennis were once close friends and worked together but they parted ways after the artist failed to pay Dennis for the work he had done promoting his music.

He says he made the decision to walk away, leaving behind a debt of about UGX. 13 M which Geosteady had failed to pay. When asked about reuniting, Dennis ruled out the possibility, citing his busy schedule and focus turned on his new artist.

I cannot work with him again. I’m a very busy person who cannot go into that. My new artist is making me so busy and I cannot create time for him. We may stay friends but can’t work together anymore,” he said.
