Sheebah Karungi shares how she ignores negativity and manages online backlash effectively

Sheebah Karungi has opened up on how she has managed to handle social media criticism and deal with the constant backlash online and it is by ignoring background noise and negative comments.

The self-styled Karma Queen has faced intense criticism, especially after joining forces with Eddy Kenzo under the UNMF, and despite preaching positivity and peace, her posts have sometimes been met with attacks.

She has, however, always come out stronger because she chooses to avoid stress by shielding herself from the toxic wave.

Sheebah Karungi revealed that she mainly uses social media for business and always refrains from engaging negative comments from online trolls because she believes they are projecting their own problems and failures onto others who seem to have done something for themselves.

Stay out of it, just use it for work but do not turn them into family because then you would look obsessed with people’s opinion.

Love yourself enough to know about you instead of looking for other people’s opinions. Only care about those who know and love you and leave the strangers who have something to say because they are pissed off about something, Sheebah Karungi noted.

Sheebah Karungi also denied having enemies, but rather people who think she hates them. She emphasized that she is busy concentrating on constructive relationships with little time to waste on the people she knows do not like her. Sheebah claims that this mindset has helped her growth and creativity.

I do not have enemies, I just have people that think that they are my enemies, people who created this in their mind. Why would I have enemies? Because it is very easy; if we do not vibe, we do not vibe and it is okay. Do what you want, stay in your lane, have a group of people that are willing to defend you whether you are right or wrong, explain yourself to them. I have my own too.

At the end of the day, we each have people who love us, why would we then be bothered by those that do not like us. I pay more attention to the people that love me, not those that do not because they do not add anything on me; they just want to take away,” Sheebah Karungi said.
