Rickman Manrick has revealed that he never regrets being in a romantic relationship with media personality, socialite, and bar host, Sheilah Gashumba because he gained a lot from their union.
In May this year, Sheilah Gashumba released a statement on her social media pages, officially ending her three-year-old relationship with Rickman over undisclosed issues.
This came as a shock to social media users, who assumed she released the statement without telling Rickman Manrick that the affair had hit a dead end.
Months later, Rickman Manrick while addressing the situation revealed that Sheilah being a celebrity was expected to let her followers know about the breakup and that was the only way she could handle it.
“Sheilah is a celebrity and that is what every celebrity does. That is her personality. I am a man who has gone through all the phases of life. I was once in the ghetto, middle life and high-end. So there is no situation that can happen in my life without me experiencing it. I have seen celebrities do it so it never bothered me,” Rickman Manrick said.
While other people curse and throw jibes at their exes after a breakup, Rickman is at peace with it and never regrets crossing paths with the Gash Glam CEO because it helped him build his brand.
“No, I do not regret being in that relationship because I learned a lot from it. I got social capital, got to know a lot of people, and I have gone to many places. That is my journey; every person you meet will add something to you,” he said.
Rickman says he is currently focusing on his music and private real estate businesses that will make his life better.
