Accessing the resort is straightforward, with various boat services available for convenient transportation. Departures are offered from Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, Entebbe, and Garuga, ensuring a pleasant and seamless journey to the island.
Nestled along a tranquil lakeshore and enveloped by verdant landscapes, Ihunde Resort provides accommodations tailored to diverse preferences. Guests may select from Lakeside Suites at $250 per night for couples, Executive Suites at $220 per night, or bunkers for group accommodations priced at only $70 per person per night.
The resort’s communal areas, including the Pool Gazebo, Clubhouse, and Washrooms, have been thoughtfully designed to accentuate the island’s natural beauty. Elements such as Bulago’s pebble stones, fisherman’s rope, and recycled glass have been innovatively incorporated to strengthen the resort’s connection to its environment.
