Teenage TikToker Pretty Nicole, born Musimenta Emmanuella, left everyone shocked after revealing that Hon. Balaam never fulfilled any promises he made to her.
Pretty Nicole has, over time, found herself at the center of controversy, especially on social media. Having frustrated several people’s efforts to get her back on track, Balaam thought it wise to try to rehabilitate her.
In a meeting at his office with Nicole, Balaam announced that he would be paying her tuition to complete secondary school. He also revealed that she had received an invitation to visit Canada for an official trip to learn more about children who have been led astray. The skills learned from the trip were to be helpful to the government and the entire youth ministry.
In an interview with BBS TV, however, Pretty Nicole insinuated that Balaam was only using her to make headlines, but never came through to fulfill all his promises.
“He never fulfilled any of the promises he made. It was all propaganda and he was making news. Honestly, he never paid my fees but maybe he was happy that I had decided to go back to school. I don’t know anything about the ambassadorial post he had promised” she said.
Pretty Nicole also denied being appointed as an ambassador for young people, terming it a political post.

“Personally, I make my own money. I get gigs and get paid clean money. I’m not a fan of politics. They never appointed me and I don’t want to take part in that,” Pretty Nicole revealed.
