Singer Jose Chameleon has revealed why he opted for a female promoter to organize his impending concert dubbed ‘Ggwanga Mujje’.
On Monday, singer Jose Chameleon real name Joseph Mayanja held a press conference, where he launched his 2023 ‘Ggwanga Mujje’ concert.
It is here that the Leone Island Music chief got into different topics, including why he opted for a female promoter.
Over the years, male promoters have been behind Jose Chameleon’s concerts and he acknowledged that they shaped his music career.
However, his forthcoming ‘Ggwanga Mujje’ concert will be masterminded by one of the best female promoters in the event management field, known as Biggie Events.
Chameleon revealed that he did this to break the chain, and to achieve gender balance. He went on to note that working with the same people always may hinder achieving ideas they’ve always been yearning for.
He maintained that the Biggie Events team are his friends, and their work relationship was established on friendship, rather than commercial adventure.
Chameleon’s forthcoming ‘Ggwanga Mujje’ concert is slated for 10th February 2023 at Lugogo Cricket Oval, and the singer promises the best of himself as he marks 25 years of his music career.
