Singer Jose Chameleone was earlier today rushed to a health facility after being attacked by an undisclosed health condition.
The sad news of Chameleon’s sickness was broken yesterday by media personality Ibrah K Mukasa via his Facebook Page, urging the family to take the singer to the hospital for specialized medical attention.
According to Ibrah K Mukasa, the singer was receiving treatment at his Akright-based home, as his family never considered the condition that serious.
Upon noticing the sovereignty of Jose Chameleone’s sickness, the family has since rushed him to Nakasero Hospital to get specialized medical treatment.
Chameleone was accompanied by his manager family members, and a few close friends who transported him to the hospital.
