Musician Jowy Landa, real name Joan Namugerwa, has announced the untimely death of her elder brother after a lengthy hospital stay.
In September last year, Jowy ‘s brother engaged in a physical fight with unidentified individuals, who thumped him, leaving him in critical condition.
He was subsequently admitted to the hospital, where he has been confined till the day of his demise. During his illness in the ICU, Jowy revealed the challenges of paying hospital bills.
The ‘Twafuna’ singer sought assistance from Gen. Salim Saleh, also known as Caleb Akandwanaho, to help her facilitate her brother’s medical bills.
Details that surrounded Jowy Landa’s brother during the time of sickness have been scant until today, when she announced his untimely death.
Jowy announced the sad news through her X handle, urging fans and followers to keep her in their prayers during this challenging moment.
