Kama Ivien Management chief Ivan Lubega has dragged singer Pallaso to court over breach of contract.
In August 2019, Kama Ivien and Pallaso put pen to paper, whereby the former was obliged to manage the latter’s music career.
Karma Ivien’s reign as Pallaso’s manager has seen the singer dominate music charts with hit songs like ‘Malamu’, ‘Nalonda Nemala’, ‘Mpa Love’ among others.
On several occasions, Pallaso attributed his success to Kama Ivien and thanked him for the job well done.
At the start of this year, rumours started making rounds suggesting that the pair had bitterly terminated their work agreement before Pallaso came public and poured cold water on the hearsay.
However, over the weekend, Kama Ivien confirmed his split with Pallaso following the singer’s breach of contract.
According to Kama Ivien, a few months back, Pallaso illegally deprived him of his duties as the manager contrary to their agreement.
Kama tried to reach out to the singer to iron out their indifferences, but not even negotiations could change Pallaso’s mind.
Following Pallaso’s failure to cooperate, Kama Ivien through his lawyers M/s Ochieng Associated Advocates sought legal intervention to solve the matter in the courts of law.
According to the court summon shared by Karma Ivien, Pallaso is required to file a defence within 15 days from the date of the summon service.

Kama Ivien however stressed that Pallaso arrogantly refused to receive the summons to file a defence but he is confident his lawyers know what to do.
After a long time negotiation with my brother Pallaso on his current conduct of trying to act without a manager well knowing that we have an ongoing contract still existing. He has since refused to cooperate and I have been left with no other choice other than engaging my lawyers M/s Ochieng Associated Advocates to take this matter to court. I am ably informed that my brother has arrogantly refused to receive the summons to file a defence but my lawyers know what to do.
