Ugandan music duo Kataleya and Kandle (K&K) have released the music video for their latest dancehall-infused love song, “ Ssalongo.”
Kataleya and Kandle started their careers in 2021 under manager Theron Music, where they got their breakthrough song, ‘Do Me’. Several hit songs followed this, but in 2023, their careers came to a standstill after the record label’s bitter split.
They took a seven-month break because of their circumstances. They resurfaced in June last year, pursuing a career under Ray Pan Management.
The duo has since soared in their music career, with several chart-topping hits to their credit, Ssalongo being their most recent addition.
Talented Nessim produced the audio, and SPK directed the visuals. The song blends romantic lyrics with a catchy dancehall beat, creating a catchy and emotional vibe.
The music video brings the song to life with vibrant scenes, stylish outfits, and high-energy choreography perfectly matching the song’s mood.

To spice things up, the video features Uganda’s finest deejay, Suuna Ben, and TikTok sensation Zayra Baby.
