A few days back, late Pastor Yiga’s son Jjengo Andrew fell out with Kojja Kimbowa Richard, one of ABS TV’s shareholders over a lack of transparency in the station’s management.
According to Pastor Jjengo, owing to his tight work schedule, he appointed Kojja Kimbowa, to be the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of the Kawaala-based TV station.
However, Kojja Kimbowa later realised he was appointed illegally by Jjengo, hence officially resigning from his duties on Wednesday 13th July.

Through his lawyers, Kojja Kimbowa went ahead and demanded a refund of UGX 621 M, having injected a lot of money into the station for the little time he spent in the office.

Kimbowa further demands that Andrew Jjengo and his management return his three cars, Subaru, Toureg and a Mercedez Benz.
Appearing in an interview, Pastor Jjengo Andrew poured cold water on swirling allegations that he had sold the TV station, adding that the stories are aimed at tainting his name and are baseless and untrue.
