Liam Voice, a young musician who rose to fame during the lockdown period has revealed that he never benefited from his success despite earning millions of money due to the contract he signed with his past management without thoroughly reading it.
Liam Voice’s rise to fame was swift, thanks to TikTok and his breakthrough single dubbed ‘Bus’ which sparked viral challenges and earned him numerous awards.
As one of the most booked artists, he seemingly had it all. However, in a surprising twist, Liam revealed that his old management took all his earnings, leaving him with nothing.
We made money but as an artist, the money never benefited me. My old management took all the money. We sign contracts as artists and when you get there, things do not turn out like the way you discussed. I do not want to go deep into that story but what you should know is we made so much money but personally, there is nothing I got from it, Liam Voice noted
He attributes this to his own mistake of not reading the contract he signed carefully before advising fellow young artists to be cautious and vigilant when getting involved with management.
While he fully supports them signing under management, he stresses the importance of understanding the terms and conditions before they commit.

I would support that 100% because every artist trying to make it to the top deserves to have management because doing music alone is so hectic. But before you sign with any management or record label, be vigilant on what you are about to agree to. Read carefully and if possible, get lawyers to help you with the contract so that you do not make the same mistakes others made, Liam Voice noted.
