Lydia Jazmine shares how Dan Flavour scammed her by selling her a fake house

Musician Lydia Jazmine has given her side of the story regarding Dan Flavor’s defamatory statements he made against her recently in an interview.

Lydia Jazmine revealed in an interview that she first ignored Dan Flavor’s claims until she heard the whole story and was getting different phone calls from friends and family. In the interview, she came through as the rightful owner of the house, and they had plans of having Dan Flavor address the issue in her presence. Unfortunately, he blocked him from doing everything and was not picking up any of the phone calls. He is currently on the run.

How it all began

According to Lydia Jazmine, she first met Dan Flavor through her broker, Hassan, and was looking for a house to buy in the long run. Lydia Jazmine says everything about Dan was shady, as he kept jumping up and down and avoiding cameras. At first, he claimed he owned the house and was renting it out because he was relocating to Entebbe, something they later checked out as a lie, and the owner was unaware of what was happening.

Lydia says the house was in a terrible state and was unkept. When she complained, Dan revealed that it was under the care of a manager since he had not been around for some time. They agreed, and she made a down payment of 15 million, which was to be used for renovation. All this was made without the knowledge of the owner, who, by that time, was abroad.

Dan kept demanding more money, but after all this, he still refused to honor the agreement and remove all the animals and his property. He also declined to renovate, and Lydia started spending her own money. She also kept giving him money in installments to acquire the house.

Regarding the allegations that she brought her family to stay in the house, Lydia emphasizes that the picture she posted was taken when her mother visited. She wanted to see where she stayed, but didn’t even spend a night.

With this post, one of her followers, who happens to be a relative of the actual owner, brought it to his attention. Lydia says she got a call from Zari, her neighbor, seeking to know who sold her the house.

“Zari told me the house belonged to her cousin, Reagan, in Norway. She told me Dan had scammed me. He didn’t know the state of his house, and Dan Flavor was looking so bad,” Lydia said.

By this time, Lydia had spent over 50 million when Reagan told her he was not selling his property. He was only accepting a monthly payment as rent. Lydia tried to persuade Dan to refund her money and had him arrested. When he saw the state he was in, she knew he would never pay back, so she ordered his release and never asked him for her money again.

“Dan Flavor disappeared when he realized I had known. He stopped picking my calls but I had recorded videos of him and all the transactions, but my phone was stolen. I had to pay the monthly rent again to the landlord,” she said.
