Songstress Lydia Jazmine, real name Lydia Nabawanuka, has explained the delay in the release of her upcoming album.
Lydia Jazmine had initially announced that she would release her album at the end of this month, but explained that she was delayed due to distribution-related factors. She, however, noted that her team had finally sorted it out, and soon, the album promos would start rolling.
Without setting the exact date for the release, Lydia Jazmine says the album will drop at the beginning of June and calls upon her fans to look forward to it.
“We finalized everything and it will be released early June. We are going to start advertising it and soon it will be out there,”. Lydia Jazmine confirmed to Galaxy TV.
Lydia Jazmine held a concert last year, and when asked if she would hold one for her fans this year, she revealed that it was not in her plans. She noted that the album preparations have taken all her time and resources, and there is no hope she will hold a concert this year.
“We have put in a lot of time, invested in a lot of resources and worked with different people. The album has taken a lot of my time. I have given it my all and I’m not concentrating on a concert,” she said.

Lydia Jazmine was recently in Kenya on various business ventures, including music. She was hosted by her musician friend, Bahati, with whom she collaborated. However, it won’t feature on the album.
