Ugandan renowned chef Mama D real name Basheba Dorcus Kirabo is making a remarkable effort to set a new Guinness World Record for the Longest Cooking Marathon by an Individual.
She has already surpassed the previous record set by Nigerian chef Hilder Baci, as she has successfully cooked for an impressive 100 hours.
In her pursuit of this record, Mama D has been diligently preparing a wide range of delicious meals, which she has been generously serving her supporters at Kira, where the cooking marathon is taking place.
Not only has Mama D catered to the attendees, but she has also extended her kindness to the underprivileged people along the roads of Kampala by providing them with these delectable meals.
Mama D’s goal is to cook for more than 120 hours, surpassing the current record-holder, Irish chef Alan Fisher, who cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes.
