Nambwayo Mary has issued letters of intention to sue different bloggers and YouTubers over her son’s DNA.
For the past few weeks, Mary Nambwayo has been the topic of discussion on different platforms over her relationship with her estranged boyfriend Ssuna Ben.
A lot of theories came through with different blogs suggesting that the ‘Binyanya’ deejay was not the father of Namwayo’s son.
Now that the DNA test results came out positive, Nambwayo has dragged every blogger and YouTuber who claimed that had evidence that Ssuna Ben was not her baby daddy to court.
She claims that she did not do it out of spite but she felt disrespected and offended by the attacks on her child.
“I can take the hatred towards me but not my son and I will fight so hard. I want justice for my son who will appreciate me in the future,” she said.
Nambwayo quoted four people and among them is Bina Beibe who she vows to face off with legally to have them pay for invading her and her son’s privacy.
“What they did was not good and many people including my family approached me out of pity for my son. And I will not stop at them but everyone who made a video claiming they have evidence. We will be battling them with their evidence in court.
“I hate drama and fights but at least have facts and leave out children. Any parent knows how much it hurts,” Nambwayo noted.
After dragging the culprits to court, critics had it that Nambwayo was planning to extort money which she would use to build her house.

However, she denied the allegations, saying she was just protecting her son from the dangers of the media.
“It is not about finances but the image of my son. No amount of money can buy a child or mend my reputation. I just want us to proceed with the case after they present their said evidence,” she revealed.
