According to singer Maurice Kirya, he has never listened to Lydia Jazmine’s music.

It is here that the singer listed his top male and female musicians. The King of Mwoyo’s roster included John Blaq, Grenade Official, Nutty Neithan, Rabadaba, and Cindy Sanyu.
However, when asked about Lydia Jazmine, Maurice Kirya revealed that he knows her as a gorgeous woman with lovely photos on the internet but not musically.
Maurice Kirya’s admission, on the other hand, ignited a debate on the internet, with many music aficionados voicing their opinions.
The musician was quick to address the issue via his Instagram story in order to prevent the consequences of being misquoted.

Maurice insisted that he hasn’t heard any of Lydia Jazmine’s songs, but it doesn’t change the fact that she is a wonderful friend.
He further stated that during his interview, he was not attempting to disparage Lydia Jazmine, but it is a regular circumstance in which people do not know someone’s music but are their fans in other aspects of life.
He sent peace and love to Jazmine’s fans, and whoever misunderstood his statement during his previous interview.
