On Wednesday 9th February, MC Casmir was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a woman believed to be married.
The scandal was filmed by the supposed husband of the woman, in presence of security operatives who were heard repeatedly saying they are doing what the law tells them to do.

The harassing Viral video caused mixed reactions among netizens, and vibrant names in Casmir’s area of business.
The NBS Hitmaker show presenter today released his official statement regarding the allegations, where he vowed to deal with whoever was involved in humiliating him.
Sharing the statement on his social media platforms, Casmir said the Officers involved in his arrest, and the supposed husband of the woman who recorded the video, are to be brought to justice one by one to clear the damages caused.
He additionally thanked those who stood by him during this trying moment
Ladies and Gentles This Case has attracted public and state Interest because of the Video circulating. Officers involved at my house that turned it into a crime scene, those that arrested me, and the man who recorded the video are All being brought to justice one by one.
