The Nyege Nyege Festival pre-launch party last night transformed the Safari Maze at Centenary Park into a vibrant hub of energy, uniting a remarkable array of artists and enthusiastic participants. The festivities commenced in the evening and persisted until the early hours of Saturday, concluding at 10 AM.
Attendees were captivated by thrilling performances from artists such as Creed, Madiya, Suda Culture, DJ Rocky, Aweko Brian, Hibotep, Reign Drops, Nasai, and Turkana, all of whom contributed to an unforgettable atmosphere brimming with creativity and excitement.
This event served as an enticing preview of the forthcoming Nyege Nyege festival, highlighting the distinctive sounds and talents that participants can anticipate in the days ahead.
Beyond the music, the gathering celebrated culture, community, and the essence of unity that Nyege Nyege represents. Guests danced, socialized, and reveled into the night, forging memories that will endure for years to come.

Last year’s festival spanned over 50 acres across three locations along the Nile River, including the Jinja Golf Course, Source of the Nile, and the Jinja Showground, attracting more than 7,000 attendees, featuring over seven stages, more than 300 artists, and numerous exhibitions.
