Former two-time Miss Uganda and model, Oliver Nakakande shared a deeply personal story about a time when her soul was almost sold to the devil.
In an interview with NTV Gospel Xplosion, Oliver Nakakande narrated how she was induced into an experience with evil through a ‘drink’ that took her directly to hell.
What started as a visit to her friends soon became something she would never forget. Her friends offered her what she thought was just a normal cup of tea, little did she know, that the drink would open a door to a spiritual realm.
“I fed on the table of the enemy through my friends. They invited me to their home and offered me what I thought was tea. That drink directly gave me access to hell.”
After consuming the drink, Oliver Nakakande began to experience intense hallucinations. She says she started seeing disturbing creatures, including snakes, whenever she closed her eyes. As a Christian believer, she immediately knew that something was wrong.

“I knew immediately this was not right. I knew that whatever I drank was evil.”
What followed was even more disturbing. Oliver Nakakande found herself in an unusual negotiation with what she later identified as the devil. In this strange experience, she was shown images of wealth and luxury from insane sums of money to fancy cars and designer brands. These material temptations were displayed on an imaginary screen, inviting her to “choose” what she desired.
She wasn’t just seeing these luxuries; she could also sense something strange about them. As she watched the devil offer her the items, she heard the voice of God, who revealed the darkness in these luxuries.
“I saw myself shopping for super luxury brands, but behind those things, God was showing me the darkness of those things. God was literally there, showing me the darkness. If I dared say ‘Yes’ to these things, I was falling into the darkness.”
Each time the devil presented her with an option, Nakakande was asked, “Yes or No?” Her spirit kept on rejecting the offers.

“At the end of each slide, my spirit said ‘No’.The crazy part was that I was awake; this was not a dream. My body was lying down and I could see these things clearly with my eyes wide open.”
Oliver Nakakande started feeling increasingly dizzy and overwhelmed and at one point, she was almost throwing up and she grabbed her bag. In the middle of this anguish, she cried out, “Oh my God!” by instinct.
“The word ‘God’ was not acceptable in that place. One of my hosts would crush the word ‘God,’ and that was so strange. I knew it was the name to call on to get me out of this.”
She says her friends had a cat, as big as a dog. This cat tried to snatch her bag.
“I struggled with it, tried to open the door but couldn’t then God told me to unlock it. I did and stepped out running into the main road.”
Despite the resistance, Oliver Nakakande’s cry for help was finally heard. She was able to break free from the encounter thanks to God’s intervention.
