On Tuesday 3rd May 2022, Sarah Nakuya’s family and friends were saddened by her untimely death.
Sarah Nakuya battled pneumonia, which saw her bedridden in the intensive care unit at Mulago hospital where she breathed her last after six days.
The deceased shared a son with Pastor Mondo Mugisha, who contributed Ugx170k which was used to retrieve the dead body from the hospital and burial arrangements.
Before Sarah Nakuya’s death, she was not seeing eye to eye with Pastor Mondo on grounds that the city pastor was a deadbeat father.

During Nakuya’s burial, the son requested his Dad to put behind all that generated bad blood between him and the baby mama.
He added that since the mum’s final resting place was not built to the standard she deserves due to insufficient funds, he asked the Dad to incur the costs needed to see that his mother is given a proper send-off.
He further asked for love and care from the Dad and suggested that they embark on spending more time together to know more about each as it has been with the mum before her death.
