On Sunday afternoon, Ugandans were saddened by the unfortunate news of a fire that gutted compartments at the Uganda National Theatre.
Singer Phina Mugerwa is one of the entrepreneurs who lost their property to a fire that was sparked by welding activity that was taking place in one of the compartment ceilings.
The welder was since apprehended by Uganda Police and locked up to help in the investigation process.

Speaking to Bukedde Tv, Phina revealed that she was in Mbale, when she received the sad news that her boutique which deals in kids’ and women’s clothes was blazing.
She further stressed that she is currently choking on debts since she obtained a loan put a boutique which vanished in the fire.
