Singer Eddy Kenzo’s baby mama and Minister of State for Minerals in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development Phiona Nyamutoro has survived being shot dead.
According to reports, Phiona Nyamutoro had gone to Kisoro District to execute her duties as the Minister of State for Minerals.
However, a dispute erupted, which saw a Private Security Guard of National Cement Co. a subsidiary of Devki group unsuccessfully attempting to shoot at her.
It is said that the disagreement came following the Minister’s attempt to sabotage the illegal Mining in Kisoro District.
Based on the video accessed by this website, the culprit and his colleagues were apprehended and their guns were confiscated by authorities.
