Fast-rising singer Pretty Banks has addressed reports suggesting that is on the verge of being signed under renowned talent manager Lubega Roger’s Source Management.
Manager Roger has been Spice Diana’s manager for over a decade until recently when reports started circulating that the two had split. According to rumors, the ‘Mutabani Wo’ hitmaker had managed to walk away from Roger’s management and both parties were looking for the right moment to make the news known to the public officially.
Having separated from Spice Diana, Manager Roger allegedly went ahead to sign the ‘Insido’ hitmaker, Pretty Banks and they would make the official communication after Spice Diana’s 10-year-anniversary concert in January 2025.
Without confirming or denying the allegations, Pretty Banks revealed she would gladly welcome the idea of being signed by Roger, claiming that he is too experienced and knows how the industry works, something that would help boost her career.
I also do not know. I might have headed there without my knowledge. But I welcome him wholesomely if he is ready to come to me. Why would I turn him down? As long as we come to a fair deal, we could work together. I’m welcoming anybody,” she said.
Pretty Banks, however, noted that she is currently not signed under any management but is working with a team of friends who believe in her career and support her wholeheartedly.
These are my friends who believe in me and push with me here and there as a team. But then I would welcome anybody that is financially stable. Someone that loves music and is ready to invest in an artist. They can meet up with me and my team, she said.
When asked about how she would feel being signed by a prominent manager like Roger who has made a name for himself in the industry, Pretty Banks revealed she would be thrilled because she is currently looking for someone willing to invest in her career and has music knowledge.

I wouldn’t really mind because I’m an artist and we invest a lot in music. I would want someone who knows the real meaning of music and I believe that guy knows what the music industry is about and how it works. If he comes, and we sit down and we agree, then why not? I’m down for it. I’m welcoming anybody, be it manager Roger or anyone else, she said.
Pretty Banks rose to fame after she released her hit single ‘Insido’ earlier this year. She then dropped ‘Bakundekere’ a few months later then ‘Meant To Be’ which was well received by music lovers.
