Princess Ruth Komuntale Akiiki and her husband Phil Farquharson have welcomed their first child together, officially becoming parents.
The exciting news of Princess Komuntale’s birth was revealed by her brother His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru the King of Tooro Kingdom via his official Twitter account.
King Oyo shared the photo of the exhilarated parents, before revealing that the baby is a boy and christened Prince Jamari Mathew Farquharson Adyeeri.
Later, the mother Her Royal Highness Queen Best Olimi Kemigisa Akiiki who has been beside her daughter throughout the delivery process confirmed the news.
Born in September, Queen Best Olimi Kemigisa Akiiki stressed that the baby has been born in the month as the Kingdom celebrates the 27th Coronation of King Oyo and 200 years of Tooro Kingdom.

She went on to note that the baby also shares a birthday with his Late Grandfather Kabumba Omukama Patrick David Mathew Kaboyo Olimi III.
The Queen further prayed for God’s protection upon the baby and his parents all the days of their lives.
