Rema Namakula’s forecast that ex-lover Eddy Kenzo would win a Grammy almost seven years ago has sparked excitement among internet users.
Ever since singer Edrisah Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo was nominated for the 64th Grammy awards, the development has been the talk of the town for almost a week now.
Various figures from all walks of life heaped praise on Eddy Kenzo for attaining one of his lifelong dreams.
Eddy Kenzo was nominated in the Grammys for the song Gimme Love where he features US-based singer Matt B.
On Monday, netizens awoke to an old video clip in circulation, portraying Kenzo’s baby mama Rema foretelling that the Stamina singer would bring the Grammy to their then-home.
Rema continues in the video, which was captured during Kenzo’s 2015 ‘Mbilo Mbilo’ concert, to claim that the latter is a diligent worker and winning the Grammy won’t come as a surprise.
However, establishing another artist who would take on his legacy in the music industry was one of Eddy Kenzo’s objectives at the time.
The video has already sparked controversy among the followers of the two artists, who have subsequently complimented Rema for being a strong woman with vision.
